Wood Urns: One of the most attractive features of wood is that it is distinctive in its appearance. Each piece of timber has its own unique appearance with special characteristics such as coloring, grain pattern and even texture. Please note that every wooden urn will be different in appearance, no two will be alike.
Personalized Urns and Personalized Merchandise: Please let us know within 3 to 5 days that you are not satisfied with what was promised to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Anything personalized or custom- made is Non-Returnable. However, we will do our best to make it right for you in the event you are not satisfied.
Restrictions & Shipping Policy:
As much as we wish we could, we are not shipping cremated remains at this time. All items that are purchased from us are hand-delivered or available for local pick-up (within 30 miles).
We understand that from time to time a client may find an urn or another item of remembrance either online or have something made specially for them, with the significant meaning of that item we are unable to engrave on any 3rd-party items that are brought to us.
IF you wish that your selected merchandise is shipped to you; please send us an email, we will help make that happen.
You will be charged a $7.00 packaging fee along with current rates that coincide with USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping. International shipping is not available at this time.
